Starting your inner journey during travel bans and social distancing

Dear Followers. The wise person knows: Every crisis is an opportunity for personal growth.

So please, #staypositive and use this historical moment during travel bans and social distancing for your own inner journey, and perhaps making necessary adjustments or changes in your personal life. I would like to share with you 5 recommendations during your trip to your own self:

1. #attitudeofgratitude: Write a list of all the things you are grateful for in life- I am sure it is going to be a long list!

2. #corevalues : What are your core values in life? What is your purpose on this planet? We all have at least one vocation. - What does your heart tell you? Listen to you inner voice.

3. #timeforfriends : Call that old friend from college or your grannies and nannies, re- #connect and #stayintouch. Feel love and friendship surrounding you and spread those good vibes.

4. #discover: new food, new recipes, new talents, ambitions and hobbies. Write a list of all the things you always wanted to learn or do- Life is short so you better #starttoday

5. #mindfulness : #bepresent and #breath in and out. Listen to the silence, listen to the birdssinging, listen to your ownheartbeat and listen to the universe. There is a message for all of us.
